Sign in and open Settings → Support Tickets so the request is linked safely to your account. Include the document ID, but do not paste private vows, recipient lists, passwords, or provider keys into a public channel.
Response information
For faster help, tell us which generator you used, what action failed, and the approximate time. We can inspect operational records without exposing private content by default.
